ORDER

 

                  

                    Counsel for the parties state that the matter has amicably been settled.

                   The Opposite Party shall pay interest on the deposited amount @7% p.a. for the delay period i.e. from 05.03.2014 till 12.05.2016 when possession was offered. The payment of interest compensation shall be made by the Opposite Party within six weeks from today, failing which, the amount of compensation shall attract interest @10% p.a. The possession, though was offered on 12.05.2016, shall now be physically handed over by the Opposite Party, upon making payment by the complainants. In case, settlement arrived at, is not honoured, the complainants shall be at liberty to file Execution Application.

                   In aforesaid terms, the complaint stands disposed of.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
