ORDER

Sh. Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate, Counsel for the Opposite Party raised a very serious objection qua maintainability of this complaint stating that as on today, the total value of the product and the relief claimed would come beyond Rs.1 crore.

                   Faced with the situation, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint, at this stage, with liberty to file a-fresh complaint after giving better particulars.

                   To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, (excluding zimini orders), to the complainant, within a week from today, against proper receipt.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
