ORDER

It is stated by Counsel for the parties that the matter stands settled. It has been agreed by the Opposite Parties to refund the entire amount deposited by the complainants with the Opposite Parties, with interest @8% p.a. from the respective dates of deposit. The entire payment, so calculated, will be paid in four equal bi-monthly installments. First installment shall be paid on 03.05.2018 and subsequently on 03.07.2018, 03.09.2018 & 03.11.2018 and the interest will be paid on the principle of diminishing balance. It is further agreed that in case, the amount is not so paid, the order passed shall be treated as a decree and it will be open to the complainants to execute the same and in that event, the complainants can claim high rate of interest towards compensation.

                   In view of above, this complaint stands disposed of.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
