ORDER

          At the time of arguments, it is stated by Counsel for both the parties that the matter has amicably been settled. Copy of the Settlement Deed dated 30.07.2018 has been placed on record. 

                   In terms of the aforesaid Settlement Deed, this complaint stands disposed of.

                   We make it very clear that in case, the  Settlement Deed is not acted upon by Opposite Parties No.1 and 2, the terms and conditions of the said Settlement Deed shall be treated as a decree and it will be opened to the complainant to get it executed.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
