ORDER

The Decree holders/complainants have moved a Miscellaneous Application bearing No.1217 of 2017 also listed for today, for withdrawal of present execution application.

                   It is stated that the facilities have not been provided at the spot, as such, it is not possible to live in the unit, in question and the Decree Holders/complainants have decided to dispose it off and wish to withdraw this execution application.

                   Accordingly, this Execution Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
