 Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that there are some technical defects in the complaint; therefore, she wants to withdraw the present complaint and seeks permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action.

In view of statement of counsel for complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.
