ORDER

M.A. NO. 246/2013 IN C.C. 63 OF 2013 It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Parties have placed on record photocopy of the compromise arrived at between them. It is stated that the original compromise deed is duly signed by all the complainants as also the three joint applicants referred to above. It is submitted that as per the terms of compromise the opposite party is delivering the demand drafts worth Rs.18,04,000/-each (rupees eighteen lakh four thousand only) respectively in the names of the complainants for full and final settlement of their claims under the complaint. It is further submitted that the complainants Rajeev Choudhary, Anil Kumar Jain and Arun Kumar Jain are receiving those demand drafts on their behalf as also on behalf of their joint applicants. As regards complainant No.6-Shri Sanyam Jain, it is stated that after signing the compromise deed he has left for USA and is not in a position to appear before the Court. Accordingly as per his instructions the bank draft is accepted on his behalf by his father Shri Anil Kumar Jain. All the complainants present in the Court as well as the joint applicants are identified by Shri Ishant Madaan, Advocate. The complainants as well as their counsel confirm that the compromise deed contains all the details -4- of settlement and submit that after the receipt of bank drafts now there is no dispute left. Accordingly on instructions of the complainants Shri Ishant Madan, Advocate seeks to withdraw this complaint. In view of the above, complaint is dismissed as withdrawn/settled. The interim status quo order is accordingly vacated.
