     Office report and contents of the order dated 12.06.2018 passed in Execution Application No.2 of 2015 in CC/429/2014 annexed with the application perused. Per this record, amount of Rs.1750/- has already been deposited in the office account. In terms of the order, let this amount of Rs.1750/- be refunded to the complainant S.C.Sharma alongwith interest accrued thereon, if any, by way of draft as per procedure. This miscellaneous application is disposed of accordingly. After issuance of the draft, it be tagged with the main execution application.
