Sh. Kunal Juneja, Advocate for opposite parties No. 2 and 3.
Today the case is fixed for settlement. At this stage, learned counsel for the OPs No. 2 and 3 made a statement that the settlement has been effected with the complainant for a sum of Rs.9,000/- and according to the compromise, OPs No. 2 and 3 are ready to give Rs.9,000/- within 45 days to the complainant with the condition to return the old handset and accessories to the OPs.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly. He further stated that the complainant has already deposited the mobile in question in service center.
In view of the statements made above, present complaint is hereby disposed of with direction to the OPs No. 2 and 3 to pay the alleged amount of Rs.9,000/-(Rupees nine thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days. Mobile set is already in the possession of service center, however, complainant is directed to return the accessories, if any to the OPs No. 2 and 3. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
