ORDER :- (Per Shri Dhanraj Khamatkar, Hon’ble Presiding Member)

 

(1)               On 13/03/2013, the complainant was directed to produce a copy of previous order of the District Forum and to satisfy the querry raised by the Commission on 04/12/2012.  Today, the complainant is absent.  It seems that the complainant does not want to proceed with the complaint.  Hence, the complaint stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
