          Decree holder not present.  On 01.09.2022 it is submitted by Counsel for Jdr. that Jdr. has handed over cheque for Rs.84,40,527/- to the Decree Holder before Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka as full and final settlement.  Considering the submission and deposit made before Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka present execution petition is closed.
