O R D E R Paul Gomez, Member. The parties have filed joint memo stating that they have reached an amicable settlement to the dispute. In terms of the settlement, the opposite parties would replace the two defective tyres on collection of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) from the complainant. There was complete consensus between the parties on the aforesaid terms. Accordingly, the parties are directed to carry out their respective obligations in terms of the memo of settlement. In that view of the matter, the complaint stands closed as matter settled out of Court on mutual consent. Pronounced in open Forum on this the 13th day of January 2012.
