Today was fixed for taking fresh step on Op no 2 by the complainant. The complainant files hazira through his Ld advocate on record.

 Ld advocate for the complainant files a petition praying for dropping the case as the complainant does not want to proceed with the case because the matter has been amicably settled between the parties out side of this forum.

 Heard both the complainant in person and this advocate onrecord who identified the complainant Adhaar Card of the complainant is also enclosed with the petition. Allowed the prayer let the case be dropped.
