           Today the case is fixed for filing ex-parte evidence by the complainant. At this stage, by making a separate statement, the complainant stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties; hence, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.

           Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
