The learned counsel for the Insurance Company represented that the National Commission has disposed of the appeal, FA.No.326/2004 on 30.01.2008, and the amount that was deposited by the Insurance Company was also withdrawn by the complainant/petitioner herein by filing a cheque petition along with F.S.Memo.
