ORDER

 

            Counsel for complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“In view of the ratio case titled “Sonic Surgical Vs. National Insurance Company Ltd.” 2010 CTJ 2 (Supreme Court) (CP), I do not press this complaint at this stage. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant reserves his right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before a Consumer Forum having jurisdiction in the matter.”

 

            In view of the above statement of counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before a Consumer Forum having jurisdiction in the matter, as per law.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
