 This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act for an order  directing the opposite parties to pay an amount of Rs.9475/- with 10% interest and a sum of Rs.10,000/- as compensation with cost of this proceedings.

Whatsoeer, the above parties have come to an understanding to settle the dispute for an amount of Rs.4765/-. Hence we pass an order in favour of the complainant directing the opposite party to pay an amount of Rs.4765/- to complainant.

          In the result, complaint is allwoed to the extent directing the opposite party to pay an amount of Rs.4765/- to complainant with in one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the complainant is entitled  to execute the order as per the provisions of consumer protection Act.
