COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

Present:          Mr.Rakesh Kumar, authorized representative for the complainant.

                        Mr.Parmod Bali, Adv., for the Ops No.1 and 2.

                        Op No.3 already ex-parte.

 

                       

Today the case was fixed for compromise. Counsel for the Ops No.1 and 2 has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received handset alongwith accessories from the authorized representative for the complainant. Authorised representative for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received the refund amount of Rs.15,000/- cash against the invoice No.1265 dated 13.06.2014. He has handed over handset alongwith accessories. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.       

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
