None present.  On perusal of the materials on record we find that on 31.07.2012 the JDR handed over two separate Demand Drafts in favour of the Decree Holder amounting to Rs.9,44,000/- and Rs.12,400/-.  The Demand Drafts were drawn on Axis Bank Ltd.  The Decree Holder was directed to file receipt in respect of full and final settlement of the execution case on 31.08.2012.  As regular Bench was not available on 31.08.2012 we fixed today for delivery of orders.  As no receipt has been filed on behalf of the Decree Holder and also no objection is raised on behalf of the Decree Holder we dispose of the present execution case on full and final settlement.
