Vijay Kumar son of late Shri R.D.Dutta, through Shri R.K.Dutta s/o Late Shri R.D.Dutta, R/o Flat No.008 Block D Rail Vihar, MDC, Sector 4, Panchkula 134109.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  –              Complainant

1.         M/s New Alfa Electro Services, Shop No.406, Sectore 32-D, Chandigarh.

2.            Proprietor, Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., Plot No.A-40, Phase VIII-A, Ind. Area, Mohali, Punjab.

Present:          Sh.S.K.Kapur, Advocate for Complainant.

                        Sh.Balwinder Singh, Advocate for OP No.1.

                        Sh.Gangadharan P.V., Authorized Representative of OP No.2.

                                                            ORDER

1.                     The parties appeared and efforts made for reconciliation, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by counsel for the parties is reproduced as under :-

“Statement of Sh.Balwinder Singh, Advocate for OP No.1.

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, a sum of Rs.1000/- in cash has been paid to counsel for complainant. Further, OP No.1 will deliver to the complainant twist and serve tray, ice server, freezer shelf, chiller, adjustable shelves, slide and fold shelf, egg templates, bottle snuggers and overflowing tray free of cost, within one month from today i.e. 27.5.2010.

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Balwinder Singh, Advocate for OP No.1. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.”   

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP No.1 would deliver to the complainant twist and serve tray, ice server, freezer shelf, chiller, adjustable shelves, slide and fold shelf, egg templates, bottle snuggers and overflowing tray free of cost, within one month from today i.e. 27.5.2010.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
