Counsel for Opposite Parties suffered a statement that Opposite Parties are ready to make the payment of mobile hand set i.e. Rs.27,900/- to the Complainant after receiving the old Mobile Handset along with accessories within one month from today, against all claims of the complainant qua the present complaint.

Similarly statement of the complainant has been recorded separately wherein he stated that he has heard the statement of Counsel for the opposite parties and admitted the same by stating that he agree with the statement of Counsel for the Opposite Parties and further undertook to return the old mobile handset along with accessories to the opposite parties after receiving the price of the mobile hand set and further stated that the present complaint may be decided accordingly.

In view of statements made by Ld. Counsel for the Opposite Parties and as well as Complainant, this complaint is partly accepted and Opposite Parties are directed to make the payment of price of the mobile hand set i.e. 27,900/- to the complainant within one month from today, failing which the complainant will entitled to get interest thereon @ 9% per annum from today till realisation and accordingly this complaint is disposed of. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs, under the rules. File be cosigned to the record room.
