This appeal is connected with First Appeal No. 153 / 2018, wherein a compromise has been filed on behalf of the parties, which was duly accepted and the said appeal has been decided in terms of the compromise.

The instant appeal has been submitted on behalf of the complainant for enhancement of compensation awarded by the District Commission.

As the matter in issue between the parties has been amicably settled by way of compromise arrived in connected First Appeal No. 153 / 2018, hence there is no occasion to continue the present appeal, as the same has been rendered infructuous.

In view of above, the appeal is disposed of, as having become infructuous.
