The Petitioner was all through appearng in person and conducting his case.  In this proceeding it appears that from 16.04.2009 onwards Petitioner is not appearing.  On 15.05.2009 we directed the hearing of the revision petition though Petitioner was not appearing on that day.  Same was the positon on the next date i.e. 03.06.2009 when this Commission directed the Petitioner to show-cause as to why appropriate orders shall not be passed for his absence without any intimation.  Today again when the matter was called for the second time none appeared on behalf of the Revision Petitioner, nor any cause shown.  No step at all has been taken.  Therefore, we feel that the Petitioner is not interested to proceed with the revision and, therefore, the same is dismissed for default.
