     Counsel for complainant stated that complainant could not get the matter published in the newspaper. At this stage, counsel for complainant put an endorsement on the first page of the consumer complaint itself that under the instructions of complainant, she wish to withdraw this complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the endorsement made by complainant, this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

      Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
