3.       ICICI Bank Ltd. through its Branch Manager having its branch at Show Room No. 6, Sector-11, Panchkula (Haryana).

4.       L.G Electronics India Ltd. through its Managing Director having its office at A-24/6, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110044.

Present:-      Sh. Ammish Goel, Advocate, for the Complainant.

 

                   The present complaint is fixed for 25.01.2024, but it is taken up today, on the application moved on behalf of the Complainants, seeking permission to withdraw the present case.

                   At this stage, the Ld. Counsel on behalf of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint due to some technical reasons; hence, he withdraws the same, seeking liberty to file it afresh.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh, before the commission.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the Complainant, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
