ORDER

MA 428 of 2023 has been filed by the Opposite Parties seeking correction in the judgment/order dated 13.04.2023 on the ground that the name of the Opposite Party No.1 has been wrongly typed as ‘The New India Insurance Company Limited.’ instead of ‘The National Insurance Company Limited’

          On perusal of the record, the submission is found to be correct.  The Application is allowed and the name of the Opposite Party No.1 in the order dated 13.04.2023 be read as:

                The National Insurance Company Limited

          XXVII C-6, Krishna Plaza, Nayay Khand I,

          Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P.

through its Senior Divisional Manager

 

          The Application stands disposed of.
