ORDER:
Today the case was fixed for issued notice to opposite party
No.2.
Shri Chahat Gaur, counsel for opposite party No.1 has made a
statement that being authorized representative of the insurance company, I am
ready to settle the matter for Rs.7000/- as full and final settlement towards the
claim of the complainant in the present matter. A period of 30 days may kindly be
granted to make the payment of said settlement amount by the insurance company.
Shri Mahender Singh Saini, counsel for the complainant has
made a statement that “I have heard the statement of counsel for opposite party
No..1 and ready to settle the matter for Rs.7000/- on behalf of the complainant, as
full and final settlement towards the claim of the complainant. Order may be
passed accordingly.
On the basis of the statement of the counsel for the
complainant, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off
with the direction to opposite party No.1 to pay Rs.7000/- as full and final
settlement towards the claim of the complainant with 30 days from the date of this
order. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be
consigned to the record room.
