Today the case was fixed for compromise if any before National Lok Adalat.
Shri Neeraj Gupta, counsel for the opposite party No.1 has made a statement that “ I being the counsel of opposite party No.1/ National Insurance Company Ltd., am ready to settle the matter for Rs.1,05,000/- as full and final settlement. A period of 60 days may kindly be granted to make the payment of said settlement amount of the insurance company.
Shri Sagar Bhatia has made a statement that I have heard the statement of the counsel for the insurance company. Offer acceptable to me to settle the matter for Rs.1,05,000/- as full and final settlement.. Order may be passed accordingly.
On the basis of the statement of the complainant, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite party to pay an amount of Rs. 1,05,000/- as full and final settlement amount to the complainant within 60 days from the date of this order. File be consigned to the record room. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
