Both parties filed attendance and a joint compromise petition have been filed on behalf of both the parties as the matter has been settled on between the parties and now they do not want to proceed further with this case . on compromise basis the op has deposited a demand draft if Andhra bank  beaning No 581506 dt 29/09/2015 valued Rs. 32,000 / in favour of complainant complainant Lalan Choudhary . 

          On the basis of complainant and withdrawal petition this case is dismissed on withdraw . the office is directed to hand over the D/D to Complainant Lalan Choudhary .
