The Complainant is present with his Advocate. 

The Complainant has submitted an application stating that the dispute between him and the O.Ps. has been settled amicably out side the Forum. He is satisfied with the compromise and that he has no grievance against the O.Ps. He has prayed for disposal of the case. 

We have heard the Complainant in person. We are satisfied the disputes has been settled with the O.Ps. and the Complainant has voluntarily agreed to withdraw the instant  case. The prayer of the Complainant is allowed. 

The case stands disposed of as withdrawn.
