Complainant present. Opposite party No.1 present. Opposite party No.2 is represented by its authorized agent. Counseling held. Both parties agreed to settle the litigation by compromise. In view of the settlement arrived at, opposite parties agreed and paid Rs.7,150/- (Rupees seven thousand one hundred and fifty only) towards cost of the mobile phone and also paid Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) towards cost of the litigation to the complainant and same is accepted and received by the complainant and filed memo to that effect. As such the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.

Pronounced in the Open Forum this the 16^th October, 2014.
