Vijay Kumar vs. Nagpal World Vision.

CC No. 129 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Vijay Kumar complainant in person with counsel Sh. Rahul Sharma, Adv.

              Sh. Sumit Gupta, Advocate, counsel for OP No.2.

              OP No.1 already ex-parte.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for filing of written statement on behalf of OP No.2. However, counsel for OP No.2  made a statement that they are ready to replace the refrigerator of the complainant with new one of same price or same specification subject to deposition of old refrigerator with all accessories at their service centre and they will provide new refrigerator within a period of 30 days. If the complainant wants to take some upgraded model then the complainant will have to pay to L.G.Company the difference of bill amount of old refrigerator and price of upgraded model. 

                        Complainant stated that he has heard and understood the statement of OP No.2 and in view of the statement made by OP No.2, he withdraws the present complaint, which may be filed.

                        In view of the aforesaid statements made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off accordingly. Parties are bound by their statement made in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
