Counsel for DH has tendered a statement before the Commission that addresses of JDs No.1 & 2 are not being located/traced inspite of repeated efforts and requested that he wants to withdraw the present execution reserving his right to again file the same on the availability/location of the addresses of JDs No.1 & 2 and also requested for filing the present execution.

                    In view of the statement so tendered by counsel for DH, the present execution is dismissed as withdrawn with reserving right of DH to file execution again on the availability/location of addresses of the JDs. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties to execution as per rules. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
