        Complainant present.  Heard.  Here the subject matter is  used at Karivellur of Kannur District and all opposite parties are having office at  Andrapradesh and Kannur.  No branch office  within the limits of Kasaragod.  Since the Forum  lacks  territorial jurisdiction to entertain this complaint, the same is returned  to the complainant for filing  before the proper forum having jurisdiction to entertain this complaint.  Hence the complaint is closed accordingly.
