2.       Mr.Nitin Bansal s/o Sh.M.L.Bansal, Managing Partner, M/s N.H. Matcon, R/o H.No.1704, Sector-21, Panchkula, Haryana.

3.       Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. through it’s Chief Executive Officer, having it’s Corporate Office at Indiabulls House, 448-451, Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Gurgaon-120016, Haryana.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

Present:       Mr.Sumit Narang, Adv., for the complainant.

 

                  

Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he wants to withdraw his present complaint with liberty to file fresh one.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
