COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-          Ms Sarika Dhuper, Advocate, Counsel for the Complainant.           

                        Today the case is fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, Ld. counsel for the complainant on the instructions of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, stated that he don’t want to persue the present complaint on account of some technical reasons; thus, he withdraws the same with liberty to file it fresh.

                        Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file it afresh.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the complainant, free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance. The original document, if any, on the file be returned to the complainant after retaining the photocopy of the same in office record.
