ORDER

     Earlier this case was fixed on 05.05.2021 but it was not taken up due to situation arising out of corona virus spread & measures to control it. It was adjourned for 14.06.2021 through public notice copy of which is placed on the file. Case taken up today for effective hearing as per notice placed on the official website & notice board of the Commission as 14.06.2021 was declared public holiday under the orders of Chandigarh Administration. Copy of the notice also placed on the file. 

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     An application, supported with affidavit, for grant of permission to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action received through petition box from the complainant. Contents of the application confirmed from the counsel for complainant through virtual hearing. As prayed for, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action, as permissible under the law, of course subject to law of limitation.  

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
