             Dismissed as withdrawn  in view of the  endorsement  in this regard made  by the learned counsel for the  petitioner on  the memorandum of  Revision Petition.  In view of the above submission, this revision petition dismissed with liberty to the  petitioner  to file  appropriate  application  before this Commission to received the mistake  in the judgment  in appeal.
