Present:                  Sh. Dharamvir Singh, Adv. for the complainant.

                               Sh. Harvinder Aneja,  Adv.for OPs No.1 to 3.

                               Op No.4 exparte.

 

                           Statement of complainant’s counsel recorded to the effect that he intends to withdraw the present complaint due to technical defect and to prefer file the same before the proper court/authority. He also made statement that he be permitted to file the fresh complaint and the time spent before this Forum may be condoned. In view of statement of counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as complainant intends to move before the proper court/authority for redressal of his grievances. However, the complainant is at  liberty to approach the appropriates Forum/Commission for Redressal of his grievances, if so advised.  Exemption of time spent before this forum is granted in terms of judgement of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in case   titled as “Laxmi Engineering Works versus PSG Industrial Institute  (1995) III SCC page 583”.  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
