Counsel for DH submits that he has no other document to show ownership of property sought to be attached and further submitted Court can pass any order w.r.t. the property of JD. Matter is dismissed for non prosecution.

However, liberty is given to DH to file fresh execution subject to law of limitation as and when he would procure the particulars.
