                  Today the case is fixed for settlement in Grahak Madhyasthata Samadhan.

Complainant namely Naru Gopal Das is present in person with his Ld advocate. Ld advocate on behalf of the OPs are present.

   During discussion complainant told that the case is amicably settled out of commission between the parties. The Ld advocate is also agreed with the complainant and there is no grievances between the parties. Considering above facts and circumstances today the case has amicably settled in Grahak Madhyasthata Samadhan.

 

 

Hence it is

ORDERED

 

Accordingly the instant case is disposed of through Grahak Madhyasthata Samadhan.
