Sandeep Sethi vs. M/s Monga Electricals

Present: Sh. Sandeep Sethi complainant in person with Sh. Ashok Kumar, Advocate. Sh. Mukesh Monga, proprietor on behalf of no.1 as well as op no.2.

 

          File put up today in the Maha Upbhokta Lok Adalat on the request of the parties for compromise. Sh. Mukesh Monga, proprietor of op no.1 has suffered a statement that as per compromise before Lok Adalat, they are ready to return full price of Rs.17,000/- of the RO to the complainant on return of RO in question. Complainant has also suffered a statement that he is agreed with the above said statement and he has received payment today from op and has returned the RO, so he withdraws the present complaint. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
