                                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant subject to last and final opportunity. Case called several times since morning, but today none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The complainant has already availed several opportunities including two last opportunities for his evidence but has failed to lead any evidence and today none has appeared on his behalf. On the previous date though none appeared on behalf of complainant yet in the interest of justice, case was adjourned for today for evidence of complainant as well as his presence and it was made clear that in case evidence is not produced on the next date of hearing, evidence of complainant shall be deemed to be closed. Today also none has appeared on behalf of complainant. So, it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
