ORDER:

                   Sh.Gajender Chandel ASM for the OP No.3 has made a statement that they are ready to give new  S-5 Plus mobile set to the complainant subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the old set alongwith accessories. Thereafter, the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint. Statements of both the parties have been recorded. In view of the statements made by the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
