This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 prays to retrieve the complainant’s mobile phone in good condition, to pay Rs.39,140/- being the cost price of the mobile phone namely; ‘SONY XPERIA Z WHITE MODEL’ and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant with cost.

Both parties and their Counsel present.   Compromise Memo filed stating that the matter is settled out of Court and the complainant is withdrawing the complaint.  Compromise Memo recorded. 

In view of the Compromise Memo filed by both parties, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
