Present: Sh. Gulshan Bakshi, complainant in person.

              Sh. Shiv Raj Saini, representative of OPs No.2 & 3.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. However, complainant appeared and made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties and now nothing remain towards the OPs. So, he want to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
