                                The complaint has filed a Memo and submitted that after receipt of order from the Hon’ble Forum the Ops are compiled the award of the forum and repair his mobile I-Ball Android Phone hand set and the complaint not delivered the old set to the Ops  and the case dispute has been settled out of the forum and prayed to drop the case in the interest of justice.

                              We perused the petition and also heard the   complainant.  As the Ops are compiled the award the   complainant   has  not interest  to proceed further with this, the complaint is hereby closed   and disposed of accordingly.                      

                                Send the copy of order to both the parties free of cost.
