the Ld. Advocates of the complainant and OP 1 filed hazira. Both sides of the Ld. Advocates also present. Heard submission of both sides in respect of the petition dated 08.04.2021. Considered their submission. It appears that dispute between the parties have been amicably settled and a petition had been filed by the complainant on 08.04.2021 to withdraw this case.

                                Considering the circumstances, this Bench is of the view that the petition dated 08.04.2021 should be allowed.
          Hence, let this case be disposed of as withdrawn.
