Statement of Sh. V.S. Duggal Counsel for O.P-1 recorded to the effect that the matter has been amicably settled. As per settlement the opposite party No. 1 is ready to pay Rs. 9000/- + Rs. 1,000/- + Rs. 1,000/- as full and final settlement of the claim and as litigation expenses & compensation. However, the opposite party No. 1 be given 45 days to make the payment. Statement of Sh. Pankaj Kumar Singla Counsel for complainant also recorded to the effect that he accept the offer made by the opposite party No. 1 and withdraws the present complaint on behalf of complainant. In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is disposed of with the direction to opposite party No. 1 to pay Rs. 11,000/- within 45 days to the complainant. In case the opposite party does not pay the same within the said period, the complainant is entitled to interest @ 12% per annum from the date of passing this order. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record.
