ORDER

     Today the parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Amandeep Singh, Counsel for OP No.1 has been recorded. Statement of Sh.Vivek Mohan Sharma, Counsel for Complainant has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum today and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order. If OP No.1 fails to pay Rs.10,900/- plus Rs.4,000/-, totaling Rs.14,900/- to the complainant as per undertaking within a period of 30 days from today i.e. 13.10.2016, then OP No.1 shall pay that amount of Rs.14,900/- alongwith interest @ 12% p.a. from today i.e. 13.10.2016 till the payment is made.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
